The nine major food allergens
Federal law (FALCPA, as amended by the FASTER Act) identifies nine major food allergens. Sesame became the ninth on January 1, 2023 — lists that show only eight are out of date.
- Milk
- Egg
- Fish
- Crustacean shellfish
- Tree nuts
- Peanuts
- Wheat
- Soybeans
- Sesame
Each meal page lists the major allergens present as ingredients. Open a meal in the menu to see its allergens before you order.
Recipes change
Ingredients and suppliers can change between batches. Check the allergen information on each meal before every order, even for a meal you have ordered before.
