Terms of Service
These Terms cover your MyMeals account, your weekly meal plan, and the automatic renewal that comes with it.

1. Who we are
MyMeals is operated by [legal entity name — to be confirmed], a [state — to be confirmed] limited liability company with its principal place of business at [address — to be confirmed](“MyMeals,” “we,” “us”). These Terms govern your use of mymeals.fit and any related services (the “Service”).
By creating an account, placing an order, or starting a meal plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is offered only in the delivery areas we publish, currently within a 30-mile radius of Atlanta, Georgia. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us promptly at [support email — to be confirmed] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Meal plans and automatic renewal
Please read this section carefully. It describes a subscription that renews and charges you automatically until you cancel.
4.1 How the plan works
When you start a meal plan you choose a plan size (for example, 6, 12, or 20 meals per week). Before you complete your purchase, we show you the plan price, the billing frequency, and the date of your first charge.
4.2 Automatic renewal
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle and your payment method is charged the then-current plan price, until you cancel. We disclose the renewal terms to you at checkout, next to the purchase button, and you must affirmatively consent to them before we charge you.
4.3 Cancelling
You may cancel at any time from your account, online, without calling or emailing us.Go to Subscription → Cancel in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless we state otherwise. You keep any meals already paid for in that cycle.
4.4 Price changes
If we change your plan price, we will notify you at least [notice period — to be confirmed] in advance by email. The new price applies to billing cycles that begin after the notice period. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the delivery window you select. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or events outside our control. Someone must be able to receive the delivery, or you must provide instructions for leaving it safely.
Once meals are left at the address you provided, you are responsible for refrigerating them promptly.
6. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Payment is processed by Stripe; by placing an order you also agree to Stripe's terms. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause your plan until payment succeeds.
7. Promotional codes
Promotional codes are issued at our discretion, apply only as stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be limited by expiration date, plan type, number of uses, or one-per-customer restrictions. We may void a code obtained through error, fraud, or in violation of these Terms.
8. Food safety, allergens, and nutrition
Our meals are prepared in a facility that handles the major food allergens. See our Allergen Disclosure. We cannot guarantee that any meal is free of any allergen. If you have a severe food allergy, do not rely solely on the information we publish.
Nutrition information is an estimate and may vary between batches. Our meals are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for medical or dietary advice.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, interfere with its operation, access it by automated means without our permission, resell our meals, or submit false information.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, branding, and software, belongs to MyMeals or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
11. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated and to the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyMeals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of [amount — to be confirmed] or the amount you paid us in the [number of months — to be confirmed] before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
