Questions, answered
How does weekly delivery work?
Your plan renews every week: you pick that week's meals, we prepare them and drop them at your door. You do not need to be home. Routes are planned ahead of time, so an individual delivery cannot be rescheduled.
Do I need a subscription to order?
Yes. MyMeals is subscription-only — every order goes through a weekly plan. There is no one-time purchase.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account and you will not be charged again. There is no pause and no skip-a-week option: a plan is either active or cancelled.
Where do you deliver?
Within a 30-mile radius of Atlanta, GA. Check your ZIP code on the home page to confirm your address.
How do I store and reheat my meals?
Every meal is labeled with its own storage and reheating instructions, so follow the label on the tray you are about to eat. Full ingredient and allergen details are shown on each dish in the menu.
When am I charged?
Billing is weekly and handled by Stripe. Your card is charged at the start of each delivery week, and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout before you confirm.
